Q1. Why should we cooperate with you?

Q2. How about sample fee and sample deliver time?
A: Usually sample deliver time is 5-10 days. We can provide you free samples with value less than US$5. Any sample required beyond this value will be charged. Also you are required to pay for the sample delivery cost by DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, or Fedex.

Q3. What is the mass order deliver time?
A: The time of delivery is 30-45 days after order confirmed.

Q4. Is there any quality control?
A: Our factory have a professional QC team with strong sense of responsibility. Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure high quality of our products. On the other hand, there’s always a pre-production sample before mass production and always final inspection before shipment.

Q5. What is your payment term?
A: For orders with value less than US$5,000, accept full advance payment only.
For orders value greater than US$5,000, we accept 30% deposit when order confirmed, and the rest to be paid before shipping.
Payment by T/T(Telegraph Transfer) to appointed bank account in China is preferred. We can also accept small payment via Western Union transfer or
PAYPAL if you like.

Q6. How about after-sale service?
A: Defective items, replacement, repairs or refund are negotiable. You are preferent to get our latest product information after our cooperation if you want. You will be regularly emailed an unique business proposal base on your market by our development team if you expect.

3. Material Requirements: Specify the material for the product, such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, PU, etc., to meet performance and durability requirements.

4. Surface Treatment: If special surface treatments are needed, such as galvanization, nickel plating, painting, etc., please provide relevant details.

5. Custom Design: If you have specific design requirements, such as logo engraving, custom shapes, or special structures, please describe them clearly.

6. Quantity and Delivery Time: Clearly state the quantity of products you need and the delivery deadline to ensure we can reach an agreement.

7. Packaging Requirements: The packaging requirements for the product, including packaging materials, labels, and packaging methods.

8. Pricing and Payment Terms: Agree on the product’s price and payment methods, including advance payment, final payment terms and methods.

9. Delivery Location: The delivery location for the products and outline logistics arrangements, including transportation methods and cost.
